PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given on February 21, 2025 that the Council of the Municipality of the District of Digby approved a motion to enter into a Development Agreement with Dean Vaughn Porter, Sheila D. Porter and Carrie Ann Ellis to permit the construction of a second dwelling on lands at 18 Porter’s Lane in Seabrook.
Section 247 of the Municipal Government Act allows that the decision of Council may be appealed to the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board. A copy of the Development Agreement may be obtained from the Office of the Municipal Clerk, 12548 Highway 217, Seabrook, Nova Scotia, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
