Please be advised that the Municipal Office will be closed for the following dates and times:
- Monday, May 11 from 12pm to 5pm
- Tuesday, May 12 all day (8am-5pm)
- Wednesday, May 13 all day (8am-5pm)
This closure is required to facilitate the installation of a generator at the office. This important upgrade has been supported by a $40,000 contribution from the Provincial REMO Capacity Grant Program.
Once installed, the generator will allow the Municipal Office to operate as an Emergency Operations Centre for Digby County REMO when needed, helping strengthen our community’s emergency preparedness.
Please note that the Committee of the Whole (COTW) meeting scheduled for May 12 at 5pm will proceed as planned.
The Municipal Office will reopen for regular business hours on Thursday, May 14. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
