We would like to advise residents that Municipal Council has agreed to discontinue the Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) Program effective November 10, 2026.
This decision follows notification that Clean Energy Financing will no longer be administering the program.
Residents in the Municipality of Digby who are currently participating in the PACE Program will remain enrolled and their existing agreements will continue as planned. However, no new applications or participants will be accepted after June 15, 2026.
The PACE Program has supported homeowners in making energy efficiency and renewable energy upgrades by providing access to financing through property tax billing. We thank residents who participated in the program over the years and appreciate their commitment to improving energy efficiency in our communities.
